Christmas Carol in Tainan City

I spent my Christmas eve 2009 in abroad, Taiwan. In this country, most of them are not Christian, but it doesnt mean that they dont celebrate christmas. In Taiwan, i can see christmas tree and other accesories anywhere because Taiwanese like celebrate party. I think Japanese do as well. By the way, i spent my times together with friends. We walked along University Road and Sheng-li Road. Sometimes we entered a shop or restaurant and sang inside.

In this event we sang several songs, there are:

  • Angels We Have Heard On High
  • Deck The Halls
  • Hark! The Herald Angels Sing
  • Jingle Bells
  • Joy To The World
  • Santa Claus Is Coming To Town
  • Silent Night
  • Feliz Navidad

Besides, there is a Santa Claus with us. Santa gave candies to children we met.

The children seemed so happy received the gift from Santa!

Merry Christmas 2009!
